At Carteil, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.
  • Customized or modified body kits are non-returnable.
  • Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • ➡️ Once we receive your return, the refund process will begin within 7 business days and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • 🔁 Replacement for eligible products will be arranged within 5–6 working days of receiving your return request, the replaced product will be delivered 7 working days

Refunds
